Chandrapur (Mohammad Suleman Baig):

A significant and commendable initiative was undertaken today at the Tadoba-Andhari Tiger Reserve (TATR), where tourist guides working in the core zone received specially designed winter jackets. The initiative was carried out by Wild By Nature, an emerging wildlife education and mentorship platform dedicated to supporting individuals associated with India’s wildlife ecosystem.

The jacket distribution program was held on 18 November 2025 (Tuesday) at 11:30 AM at the Moharli Auditorium.

Gate-wise Distribution of Winter Jackets

Moharli – 50 guides, Khutwanda – 14 guides, Kolara – 28 guides, Zari – 9 guides, Pangadi – 7 guides, Navegaon – 13 guides.

A total of 121 core zone guides received winter jackets.

Following the core zone distribution, jackets will soon be provided to tourist guides working in the Tadoba buffer zone as well.

Wild By Nature has previously extended similar support to guides of the Corbett Tiger Reserve, demonstrating the organisation’s commitment to field personnel across India.
